As the co-founder of SinnovaTek (2016), SinnoVita (2017), and FirstWave Innovations (2019), he has built a thriving manufacturing operation that leverages proprietary technologies to drive industry-leading solutions. An accomplished inventor with more than a dozen internationally issued patents, Michael has successfully raised over $50 million in equity and debt financing to scale his companies into a full-scale aseptic manufacturing leader. His expertise in thermal processing technology, business strategy, and commercialization makes him a sought-after advisor in the industry. As the principal of D Logic Solutions, Michael provides executive mentorship, engineering and R&D consulting for the aseptic and hot fill food industry, and marketing management services. Amanda Vargochik, Principal, DLOGIC Solutions
Amanda Vargochik is a dynamic leader in food science and innovation, with deep expertise in product development, commercialization, and executive strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Certificate in Culinary Arts from the University of Tennessee, as well as a Master of Science in Food Science from North Carolina State University. Her research on bioactive component retention in Muscadine grapes during microwave processing and storage reflects her commitment to developing nutrient-dense, high-quality food products.
With extensive experience in hot fill and aseptic processing, Amanda has led the development of over 100 food and beverage products and guided hundreds more through the commercialization process. She has worked hands-on with kosher and organic certifications, as well as regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments. As a co-founder of SinnovaTek, SinnoVita, and FirstWave Innovations, she played a pivotal role in building innovative food processing companies from the ground up. She also maintained the company's certification as a B Corporation. As Chief Innovation Officer, Amanda led R&D and commercialization, while also shaping executive strategy in corporate structure, human resources, and marketing. She was instrumental in launching the FirstWave Food Incubator program, helping food entrepreneurs bring their ideas to market. With a creative and thoughtful approach, she has also designed and managed websites and social media strategies for multiple companies.
